Happy Record Store Day! As you slip on your record-buying shoes tomorrow morning, don’t forget that our second ever official Record Store Day release—Bonnie “Prince” Billy & Nathan Salsburg’s untitled EP—will be available at participating brick and mortar shops.

This delightful 45rpm 7″ EP, the pair’s first recorded artifact, is limited to an edition of 2000 copies, and is available for purchase exclusively on Record Store Day, April 22, 2017, in-person at participating shops. We will also offer a small number of copies for sale here to coincide with the release of the digital version of the album on June 9, 2017.

You can download or stream the single “Wallins Creek Girls” here. Or buy the MP3 directly from us:

Creek recognize creek.

Nathan Salsburg himself will be at his local shop Guestroom Records in Louisville on the day itself, spinning 78s and playing an in-store set with the great Joan Shelley. More details here.

In case you missed it, here’s a taste of what the duo has to offer:

Historians and statisticians may note that this untitled treble-jewelled travelogue, moving and amusing in equal measure (and available in a limited edition of 2000), is our second official Record Store Day release and third collaborative 7” Extended Play record, following in the formidable footsteps of Hiss Golden Messenger and Elephant Micah (PoB-04) and Messrs. Mike Cooper and Derek Hall (PoB-25) (both of which are now on sale for only $4 each.)

Available Only on Record Store Day:  Local Record Stores
