Hello friends of Paradise,

We are now accepting pre-orders for the self-titled debut album by Promised Land Sound, one of Nashville’s finest and most fiery young bands. This impressive record finds them cooking up some serious red dirt/swamp boogie & country-fried soul choogle à la Jim FordJesse Ed Davis, and Dennis Linde, with tunes that are singularly propulsive, but reflectively rooted in the finest Southern songcraft. William Tyler guests on guitar and provides spiritual guidance.

The group emerged from the fertile Nashville garage scene, and in short order, they’ve managed to attract the admiration of esteemed folks like fellow Nashvillain Jack White, whose Third Man Records released a live Promised Land Sound 7”, deeming them “one of our favorite local bands” and describing them thusly: “They’re all youthful scruff and bluff, and they crank out tunes that would be right at home in Link Wray’s 3 Track Shack or hanging with the specters of long lost 45s that haunt Nashville’s overflowing legend-filled cemeteries.”

To purchase the album, click the button below and select your preferred format(s). The vinyl LP is available in a limited edition, featuring heavy-duty jackets and a digital download coupon. The CD is housed in a gatefold wallet.
