Many thanks to Spin for premiering this extended, ambling video version of “Lurker” from Steve Gunn’s Time Off, due June 18 and still available for pre-order. Steve and the boys recorded this tune, and others from the album, at Brooklyn’s beautiful Atlantic Sound Studios overlooking the East River and the Manhattan Bridge. The session gives you a real sense of how the band dilates these songs in a live setting, and how improvisational interplay defines their dynamic. Stay tuned for more from this killer sesh!
